Suzhou, now is starting the collaboration with the government.
Paolo Poggi, the head of international projects of Venezia FC, returned from China yesterday after a week spent between Shanghai and Suzhou, a twin city for over thirty years with Venice.
Those in China were days full of meetings aimed to create a sports project in collaboration with local schools. Were three the institutes visited: the Caoqiao primary school, the Suzhou National Hi-Tech experimental middle school and the Suzhou Sports School, in wich the club organized demonstration training sessions provided by Paolo Poggi with useful information for designing specific programs based on the methodology of youth sector that will be developed in the coming months.
Many the institutions and authorities met: the FAO deputy director of Suzhou Li Wenhui, the deputy director of the Bureau of Education of Suzhou Li Jingjuan and the deputy director of the Bureau of Sports in Suzhou, as well as Olympic champion Chen Yanqing. The club collaborator Danilo Torresani, a delegation from the Italian consulate in Shanghai led by Deputy Consul Ludovica Murazzani and the vice president of Suzhou Dongwu Football Club Qui Yuan will also participate in all the meetings on the agenda.
